leftover rice pudding

2 Cups White or Brown RIce
1 Cup Vanilla Rice Milk (you can also use cow’s, almond or soy milk)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp- 1/4 Cup Agave Nectar

1. Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to thicken up.
2. Place in bowls and cool.
3. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
